"Rules of 35" Scrubs League--FULL!

I wanted to do a Scrubs league, but I didn't want to do a Live Draft. This simple format will make it so no one gets screwed in an AD, but everyone has to use plenty of second stringers...so here goes:

2.Only players $3.5M and under are eligible
3.You must put at least one of the following real-life jersey #35's on your draft card: Emil Brown, Cole Hamels, Ryan Wagner, Kirk Saarloos, Matt Morris, Casey Kotchman, Joel Pineiro, Taylor Buchholz, Daniel Cabrera, Dan Wheeler, Justin Verlander

200M cap on the league list
weighted waivers
20% drop penalty
