Half Baked Skip Theme League

OK, I’ll plagiarize Frank Bailey and Bobby’s recent themes and combine them into one!

The rules:

1. $100M, DH and frenzy

2. You draft/pick 4 pitcher teams and 4 hitter teams, no player trades (see below for team trades), you can only use those players on your teams

3. Park must come from one of the teams you select

2. Picks are by state lottery results 1-12 and then 12-1 serpentine

3. Reverse pick for pitcher/hitters, if you pick first in hitters, you pick last in pitchers

4. Highest lotto number picks first for hitters

5. Each manager allowed a maximum of 6 team skips throughout the team draft for both hitter and pitcher (12 total, 6 max for hitter and pitcher)

6. But, you can ONLY use 3 skips per turn

7. Divisions are from lottery rank East 1,4,7,10 Central 2,5,8,11 and West 3,6,9,12

8. Non selected teams are untouchable for the season

9. Teams will be randomized and the lotto pick will start on team #1 per below

10. One trade of a pitcher OR a hitter team allowed before the draft starts, pitcher team for pitcher team, hitter team for hitter, no pitcher/hitter trade

11. No clock with the holidays
