Your starting pitchers are set up for right handers. With the balanced stadiums of 2007, most experienced managers play teams with more lefties than righties against a RH pitcher, so I would balance yourself, for sure. unless your division is packed with RH hitting. Neshek gives up too much power to be good value in any park but an extreme pitcher's park, Chris Ray has the same problem as a closer, again inless you have a division packed with RH hitting. I like some of your cheap relievers, but the 1 and 2 guys need to be stronger.
In terms of your lineup, Loney's OB is too low to be useful except in an extreme pitcher's park where you need his doubles and triples. Giambi on the other hand, is all walks and homers, and I don't like him so well unless I'm in US cel. Are Laroche or Morneau out there? or even Helton? If the parks in your division are slanted heavily toward hitters or pitcher's parks, that might change this assessment.
I like that you have a number of LH hitters, and that your team hits righties well.
In summation, I would replace Arroyo or Bonderman with a reverse righty,
Get a better closer and setup guy (the set up guy could be the same price range, or even cheaper, but less BPHR. and should be more balance or better against lefties, again, unless your division is righty packed.
I'd spend more money at 2b and in the outfield, and probably sub out your 1b, dh.
