"Rules of 35" Scrubs League--FULL!

Everyone: I added the following rules clarification to the original post. Hopefully, this will make salary monitoring as simple as possible. I will remind everyone of this clarification once the league loads as well.

"[b:e94153fd5d]Rules Clarification: Your available salary must always be at or above $165M on your team page.[/b:e94153fd5d] This simple method of monitoring your team salary will force everyone to adhere to the 20% drop penalty and no one will have to add up individual teams' salaries to be sure everyone is legal."

We're all adults...if an owner accidentally plays a series at less than $165M salary available, we'll figure out an appropriate penalty if a newly acquired player participated in a game resulting in a victory.
