Yesterday I had a visit from a massage therapist who deals in trauma. WOW!!! Swelling today is almost non existant. My foot and ankle that were so bad the Dr. had them xrayed, look and feel almost normal. I actually played my guitar for about a half hour with no pain in my shoulder. My knee and wounds feel a lot better. If you know anybody hurting I urge you to have them get a therapist who does trauma. Even if everything goes back to where it was , right now, the 16 hrs of relief was worth it.

That`s good to know, my Friend. Glad you got some relief. I don`t think we appreciate feeling good until something like this happens.Keep the faith.

I was going to say something about MY preferred therapist massaging swollen limbs and providing relief, but that sort of double entendre humor is vulgar, and of course, beneath me.

I need a trauma therapist after watching Johnny Damon's absurd NY inauguration...

PJ, re: Damon going to NYY, I like what one NY sportswriter said, about Jeter having to get used to running out to the warning track to take the cutoff! :)

What Yankee fans used to call a cutoff will now be referred to as a handoff.

"Hand off" is, I suspect, a subliminal reference to my previous sensuous massage post, but I will not belabor this. It would, of course, be vulgar, and such cheap attempts at humor are beneath me.
