what i'm doing when two teams in the same province?

It is not where you are from. Just pick a state (or province) for the draft lotto that has not already been selected. It is only a way to get a random number for the draft. I am from Florida but picked DC as my lotto state.

A couple of things guys...I have created the league but had to change the cap to 200 mil instead of 100....I have looked at several different scnerios for the teams that I want and some of them will not add up to the minimum of 75 mil for the 100 mil league...so I changed the cap....It is a DH league...Consider your unselected players in the minors available to you only..........Division alignment will be as signed up...East 1-2-3-4, Central 5-6-7-8, West 9-10-11-12....
