the managers with the first pick for the teams take 2 or 1 at the time serpentine way?

Lotto numbers are determined from tonites pick 3...then each manager will select one team during his pick and the draft is serpentine so the guy with the 12th pick will also have pick 13 as the selections move back up...The #1 pick will have the last pick...Each manager must use one of his two stadiums...Also keep in mind these are keeper teams so we will eventually be playing the same teams in 06--07 and 08.

It is standard practice to use the evening numbers if a state has a mid-day and an evening pick 3.

I don't think Utah has a lottery either since the state doesn't show up on normal lottery result sites. Pelzer needs to make a call as to what to do now. :?

a few options:

1. jawajedi picks a state that actually has a lotto and we redo the lotto tonight (or Pelzer pick's a state for him)
2. We run a 3 digit number from the Random Number Generator website and use it for jawajedi to go along with the lotto numbers from last night
3. We assign numbers to all 12 of the people in the league and run a sequence of numbers in the Random Number Generator for the entire league so we can begin the draft immediately, disregarding last night's lotto
4. Something else the Commish comes up with
