Are you telling me to up the bid again?

Nah, I think I'll turn my attention to other LHP's. Maybe. ("Uncle," I cry.)

I didnt know Howe was so popular  although every popular low priced RP is now around 4x their TSN price tag.

Niedenfuer being one of the most popular went for 4.67 times his price tag. I do love him too, last 2 times recently I had him he had 40 saves and around a .97 WHIP!!!!

At .75, it doesn't take much to get to the 5x factor.

Considering the premiums being currently paid out for relief pitching already on the boards, 3.5 million almost feels like a bargain.

And if he can save 40 games and post a .97 WHIP it'll be a steal!

OK, Toisan, you get apologies from me. You haven't been nearly as bad at torpedoing my auction steals as a certain weasel with a four letter name beginning with P. You can now add (if it wasn't already on the list) your own name to the weasel list, Penn!!!

In fact, Penn, feel free to put your name at the TOP of that WEASEL list -- I might end up being the first manager ever to not win a single player in an auction.

The curse of Marge Schott will be upon you for that Eric Davis torpedo !!

hehe, I feel the love :D

I have to do something, the RP, SS and 2B situations look bleak. You guys are bidding the crap out of most of the good ones :(

I flopped back and forth on Davis couldnt resist though in the end.
