I'm pretty sure what Roosky is talking about is, you can protect 23 to 25 players by posting that they are the players that you want. By dropping two 50 cent players after the auto draft is done it gives you an extra million. At that time when waivers run, you drop the two players that you do not want to keep and pick up the player that is not on your original draft card because you did not have enough money at the time. Hopefully I have explained it right.
OK, I understand. We will DRAFT 23 players, but put the required 25 on our draft card, then drop the two extra guys to get to our drafted 23. So, the $80m will in essence be spent on the 23 drafted guys. :)
