Dave Valle, the year he hit .340 and slugged .679. I think it was 85 or 86. The TBA allowed his card in tournaments that year (he only had about 55 at bats) and he was pretty much an automatic first pick.
The 61 Clemente card. This was released as an advanced season in the early 80's I think. He hit over .350 and was a 1 (-6) in right field. That was the only -6 arm I've ever seen in Strat.
I liked Guidry's 78 card too. The team he was on had my best season ever: 122 wins. I had an outfield of Rice, Hisle and Thomas with Stargell at 1st and Nettles at 3rd. Sundberg (-4) arm was my catcher. JR Richard was my #2 starter. I liked him almost as much as Guidry.
