I vote 100 mill and DH. If we do 80 mill, then no DH.

$80 MM sounds good. DH or no DH. I'm OK either way. If you draft beyond 18 or 20 picks, the live draft tends to get a little boring, but I'm in either way. Hope we have a clock as well.

lotteries

Postby centerfielder17 » Thu Nov 22, 2007 7:16 pm

omg, they are drawing numbers in MI today. I figured they would take the holiday off. Are the other states drawing too? Will we use today's numbers or Friday's?

We will go with tonight's lotto numbers for draft order. The order will be low to high. If a state has a mid-day and evening pick 3 number we will use the evening numbers. If there is a tie the tie breaker will be tonight's pick 4 number.

I will set up the draft early Friday AM

The draft will be a 26 round draft (25 players and 1 stadium) - 80M - No DH (which was the consensus I think and is what the organizer wanted)

There is no clock in the first round. It is up to jeigenauer (the Commish) to decide about clock or no clock or how long the clock will be for the other rounds.

Unless all 12 of us stay active this draft could take a couple of weeks (or longer? :( ). The draft moves at the pace of the slowest link in the chain.

draft

Postby centerfielder17 » Thu Nov 22, 2007 8:02 pm

Are we using the somdraft site? That worked well last time. Looks like I'll get the first pick (not good), MI's no was 002.

Can someone give us some tips on using the proxies in the somdraft site? I tried to use it last time, but did not get the pick that I thought I listed at #1 a couple of times.

Thanks.

Jim
