Not sure if this counts...

Postby JONCHUCKERY » Tue Nov 06, 2007 6:16 pm

This was a team in a two teams from the same year league. I picked the 73 Astros and Cubs and other teams picked two teams from a particular year in the 70's. Anyway, Fergie Jenkins tied for third most in a season with 32 complete games...

Billy Williams wasn't bad either finishing 1st in HR and second in BA and RBI

100M Records

Postby Outta Leftfield » Sat Nov 24, 2007 7:54 pm

This is the Panthers9, a different team than the one just above:

There are five partially owned team records, including:
3rd in runs 998
2nd in HR's 291
3rd in Slugging % .489
tied 1st walks 746
3rd in k's 1148

98 wins would tie for 5th, but 101 wins for the team above will bump this team off the list.

Errors

Postby guardian154 » Sat Nov 24, 2007 8:37 pm

A dubious honor, but this team is 5th on the list for most errors in a season. It's a amazing I ended up over .500

163 errors

Luca Brasi:
4th in doubles 291
2nd in OBA .365
5th in walks 698

Hope these make it into the annals.
Thanks, Moose!

Oh, also it looks like my Panthers9 in this league, cited above, are among the leaders in OBA with .362. I believe this would tie for 5th if PillPop's Lca Brasi rank 2nd.

Needless to say, there was a lot of offense in this league!
