Determining Divisions Randomly

Is there any plausible argument against changing the current system of autodraft leagues to randomly assign teams to the 3 divisions after the draft is done? Currently teams can try and maneuver away from divisions with vets/good players. Of course in custom leagues the commissioner/players should be able to choose what division they go in if they like, but I'm talking about the open to public leagues.

a good idea. as soon as 12 people fill a league the divisions are randomly created.
