Why can't I pick Phil Roof? He's been my #1 proxy for the last 2 picks and been skipped over. Now he's my only proxy and the system won't select him. I'm not running low on funds. When I enter him under Make Your Pick, it won't let me select him? What gives here? I'm going to fool with this thing for a bit more, and then I'll pick another C, but I want everyone to know that Roof is my real pick.
