just so you know, depending on how rds 8 & 9 go, i may not be able to declare the postition for rd 10 until after rd 9 - especially since i have the last pick of rd 9. who i get as catcher with that pick may very well determine what position i declare for rd 10. sorry for proxy purposes.
is that to say that the picks in the wildcard round must be the same position determined by the 1st pick in the wildcard round? (e.g. 1st wc rd pick is sp then all wc picks must be sp? in your previous messages what does "wc(sp)" mean? can wc be a position other than sp?
Uncle, if you pick wildcard in round 10, that means that only pitchers who are eligible to start may be picked in that round. Most pitchers are eligible to start and relieve, but you may not pick a pitcher eligible only to relieve.
As to the RP issue... if that is the case, then the SP round should have not allowed guys that are SP/RP.... I have done a number of position drafts over the last two years, and it has never been limited to drafting a RP only in the RP round. (that said, I doubt more than 2-3 SP/RP guys will be drafted)
Unless this was spelled out beforehand and I missed it, this should not be the case.
