BRAG!!! First 100 win team in ATGII (and wins a ring)

I've a few 98, 99 win teams, but the [b:f0a22dcdb6]Pitchfork Peasants[/b:f0a22dcdb6] are my first 100-win team. They also won a ring last night. Plenty of speed, plus three 20-game winners (Hubbell, Brown, Gibson), a team BA of .307 and ERA of 3.82 in a hitter's league.

Hack, the link doesn't seem to work.

Congratulations on a great season and championship, anyway!

Hack, Congrats on a great looking smallball team. Everything seemed to click for you especially Geronimo hitting .290 with 81 rbi. In fact I had to keep staring at those numbers because I've never seem him hit anything close to that before.

Congrats Hack! As hard as it is to get a ring, I would submit that getting a 100 win team is even tougher. Nice job getting both with the same squad! 8)

Wagner without a backup? Did you sacrifice a goat to the devil or something?!?!?

Glad to see such a great season out of the steamshovel.

wtg Hack!

Geronimo's numbers are staggering! Now, if I can get that kind of production out of Peckinpaugh or Grote on my current small ball club...

cheers!

Thanks all...

....it's funny, I picked up Geronimo for a recent team of mine, and he's hitting about .140. Same ol' Cesar. But I'm glad the "once in a blue moon" Geronimo played for this team.

Congrats Hack. My first 100 game winner (102) beat a 101 game winner last night for a title. I'm afraid it took me a lot longer to reach the century mark but nice to know it can happen.
