I don't mind playing a 4 at 1B, 3B or C. Playing a 4 in LF or RF is not the best idea. That player better be the best 1 or 2 hitters you have or else he is not worth it IMO. I currently have Moises Alou playing LF for a Wrigley team. Alou is leading my team in HRs and RBIs. In fact he is 2nd in the league in RBIs so in my case I think he is worth it. I don't DH him because I have Aramis Ramirez and David Wright as well.

Try to DH Abreu.

That said, at least he has some arm.

Fours at both corner OF are death, even if they are named Y.A. and Abreu (I found out the hard way...)

personally I feel it's ok to play one 4 in the OF provided you have a 1 in CF. For example Carlos LEE is a 4 but he makes no E's

I also got Abreau for the first time and he is my DH, despite his arm. I have Wells in center and Mabry in Left at Yankee Stadium (also a first), but have a Petco, Shea and Tropicana. Could be an intersting season. Starts tonite.
