Is there anything I can do except wait it out?

Ok this team is thouroughly frustrating me. I am 2nd in the league in pitching, dead last in runs scored.

Mays has only started hitting over the last week, he was below .200 before then. Matthews has never hit, R Collins had 3 good games (for 6 of his hr's) and sucked every other game. Do I just need to wait for them to start hitting, or do I need to trade them away? btw this is a DH league and Bridwell is my DH.

I have NEVER seen Mathews play so poorly. I wonder if there's a reason for it... without any research I am wondering if his walks are high, I can't recall if he's an 80-90 walk-type guy. Could he be pitched around? Is he getting a handful of IBB?
Despite it being a DH-league, is it a pitching-heavy or pitcher's park heavy league? With Mathews, Mays and Ripper not performing normally, I am thinking that there are major pitchers against you and/or pitcher's parks against you.

actually the league tends to have more hitters parks than anything else...

my team just hasn't been winning, and I am only 1 game out from the WC. But I just got swept AGAIN last night, and can't seem to win any games in a row. I am 16-11 at home, but a miserable 6-12 on the road.

I'd vote to give them a few more series and maybe tweak your lineups around. :?
