I don't really see a really big problem with the thought on manager placement for the final round. Unless I hear a major problem with the alignment, then I will set divisions up by lottery results but the leagues will be manager rankings for the end of RD #7....

League A----Ranking managers 1-12

League B----Ranking managers 13-24

League C----Ranking Managers 25-36

I will set up a thread for RD #10 very soon
