Will we use the state lotto once the league is filled or wait until 1/12 to determine draft order?

This will be my first live draft in SOM, so please be gentle.

I think that we should determine a DATE to use for the lotto.

I also think that we should clearly state whether the draft order will be determined by the lotto being high to low or low to high. I vote for high to low (highest number getting the #1 pick).

Will we continue our tradition of unique stadia? Or should we all play in Forbes?!?!??!

All right guys, we're full. Here's what we're going to do. Lotto numbers from FRIDAY DECEMBER 21st will determine draft order, high to low per original rules posted below. We can then go ahead and set-up the draft and that should allow any live draft rookies a chance to check out the draft site - www.somdraft.com

We will not start this draft until JANUARY 14th!

-Live 16 round serpentine draft on draft site www.somdraft.com
-Draft order determined by state lotto pick 3; high to low
-Must pick unique stadium in any round
-Divisions 1/4/7/10 - 2/5/8/11 - 3/6/9/12 per draft order
-Waivers
-Must carry 25 man roster (no more, no less)
