I'd like to know the division alignments before I make my stadium selection. Can anyone confirm how the divisions are aligned?

I filled out a draft card a while back but did not select a stadium. Since then I have made a trade so how do I get back to the player selection to change players? When I click on my team it brings up the select a stadium page and I am not sure how to get back to the player selection page at this point. :oops:
