I think you can pick your stadium and the system will then give you the option of changing the players on your draft card.

Can someone else confirm this before he goes ahead?

Once you pick your park, you can change your card. Just release a player on the next screen. I do it all the time unless I am losing my mind.

I'mm 99% sure you can change, since you can change your park from that screen too.

Once you go hunting for a league is when you are locked in.
