I know it is early and don't want to panic but curious as some thought s to this team. I play against a Petco, Shea, and Tropicana in my division. That is why I have some loaded lefties.

This also my first Yankee stadium, so I went for stong D up the middle and Higher OBP surrounding them. I also didn't look so much at WHIP as IP\Hits allowed. Except for Seo and DuBose notorious Shea killers.
Would appreciate any and all comments.

wow! where to start ;)

I'm just going to throw a bunch of thoughts out.

try to work with what you have, if you want to drop/add, keep them to a minimum

build your team to play well in YOUR stadium (you play 1/2 of your games there), keep in mind the opposition, but ALWAYS build to your stadium

you don't have one definitive closer, guardado is the closest you have to that and he is only a C4, given the closing situation I think it could interfere with your overall bullpen effectiveness, you want a closer in your park with little or no HRs, see kolb, or smoltz on the waiver wire

too many starting pitchers

too many hitters

you are platooning players that shouldn't be platooned, like casey and gload, casey should be playing every game, platooning should only be used in extreme splits (one player is 9R, other is 9L) or with cheap players

if it were me, the lineups would be something like this

versus Righthanders
R - Ford RF (E)
L - Casey 1B (E)
R - Ramirez 3B (1R)
L - Abreu DH (2R)
S - Roberts 2B (2R)
L - Mabry LF (1L)
R - Wells CF (3L)
R - Miller C (1L)
R - Sanchez SS (2L)

versus Lefthanders
R - Ford RF (E)
L - Abreu DH (2R)
R - Wells CF (3L)
L - Casey 1B (E)
S - Roberts 2B (2R)
L - Mabry LF (1L) or Gload LF(3L)
R - Ramirez 3B (1R)
R - Miller C (1L)
R - Sanchez SS (2L)

I would ditch Gload and sanchez for a better shortstop, jeter, tejeda, renteria (who I think are available)

No way I would bat Brian Roberts 5th vs LHP. 9th is more like it. I would also lead him off vs RHP with Ford batting 2nd. Ford is one of the best #2 hitters in the set. Bump ARam down to #5 vs RHP. He has too many gba's to bat 3rd anyway.

You do need a SS. Clayton is often available. He is the best option on the cheap side. If not Clayton then look for Furcal. I doubt you have enough cap room to go after the big boys.

Thanks for the reminders (my own park) and the insight. Made several changes in hopes that it will remedy my plight :) .
Next time I won't put together a team on such little sleep. I was also reading a post about Shea killers and seemed to focus on that more then my own.
