Bucky Harris or Dave Johnson at 2B

Whoever it is will bat 9th. I'm leaning towards Harris for the speed at #9.

Never used either.

Has anyone???

Rules are that I can only pick from: Washington, both Baltimore's, Montreal and Minnesota. Here is my team as it stands now:

Tim, I used Harris once in ATG 1. Home park was Shibe 29. Here are those stats:

Harris, B. R 2B 2e27 580 57 26 3 63 62 10 .233 .328 .309 E 1.68M

Can't recall if I ever used Johnson.

As for 2B, looking at your team and assuming you have the money, Johnson is worth the upgrade.

My question for you is, why in the heck are you in Griffith?

Carter
Dawson
Valentine
Murray
Powell
Goslin
Buford

all lose tons of value in a no HR park.

Because you should save 15 errors and Bucky is a "W" against righties I would use Johnson. His power and defense are a good addition to a lower lineup hitter. In a 100 million league dont' think you will do as well with a less than 2 million 2nd baseman whose last name doesn't start with an "E"

I've never used Johnson, But here is Bucky for a full season on the Purist Senators. He worked ok on that smallball team.

Thanks guys...Johnson it is!

This is a 12 season theme league where everyone plays a group of cities once. So far in the 1st 5 leagues, this group has always played in a Memorial stadium and not done very well. My reasoning for trying Griffith.

Also...I just like to be different!
