After the first round of the player draft; what happens to the draft order?

Does it flip like in the team draft? or is it adjusted to the new team salaries?

The draft order for the 2nd round of the player draft is reset based on total team salaries from low to high. Total team salaries = salaries of 2 teams drafted + player drafted in Round 1.

Divisional alignment is then based on salaries of 2 teams drafted + 2 additional players drafted. The 4 lowest salaried teams are together in the same division and the same for the middle 4 and the higest 4.
