Which batting order spot (3-5) would you want the least DPs?

Vs RH pitching, only.
A. A LH bat with 0 gbas on his card, but a slow runner.
B. A RH bat with gbas on 2-11, 3-2, 3-3 & 3-12, but a slow runner.
C. A LH bat with gbas on 3-3 through 3-6, and 3-11, avg. runner.
In which spot in the order, 3-5, will the gbas be the LEAST factor? I am thinking
Batter C hits third
Batter B hits fourth
Batter A hits fifth
My personal debate is that I like this order for the L, R, L setup, but would the batter with the 0 gbas be better suited to hit third, with the other LH batter (C) dropping down to fifth?

I'd bat the batter with the worst clutch in the 3rd spot

I never consider double plays in creating a batting order except for #2 in the order. I use the number 3 slot for my best hitter no matter how many DP's he has. I use the batter with the best clutch 5th and that would pretty much determines who bats 4th in my lineup. My other general rule is I don't like slower runners higher in the order since it will take too many hits to score them.

If I were to consider the GBA's in this manner it might make me choose not to bat my best hitter #3 as I think GBA's will have the worst impact there. Odds are with 2 high OBP in your lineup the 3rd hitter will have the most double play opportunities, followed closely by the #4 spot where he may have lots of 1st &3rd one out opportunities. The least will be the 5 spot.
