Anybody ever use Endy as a regular in the 2007 game and, if so, where did you hit him in the line-up and how'd he do?

Thanks.

I'm using him right now on a small ball team. I've used him a number of times as well in 2007.

Usually play him in LF, but I'ved also used him in RF. You wanna take advantage of his defense in LF.

He usually hits around .300 with an OB around .340-.360.

I've led him off vs. lefties and in the 6 or 7 hole vs. RH's.

Thanks. What about leading him off vs. RHP too?

I have 3 lead-off candidates vs RHP - Chavez, Carlos Guillen, and Rob Mackowiak. I was thinking of hitting Chavez first, Guillen second, and Mackowiak 6th, but I could go Guillen 1st and Mackowiak 2nd, and push Chavez to 6th. I know Guillen will hit and get on base, but is he better suited to drive in runs than lead-off?

Well...Guillen gives you the best OB out of those 3, followed by Mack then Chavez.

It really kinda depends upon who your big hitters are on this team.

I wouldn't lead Chavez off though. He's best suited in the 6th-7th hole because of his TB's.

I'd lead off with Guillen and then Mack. Mack has only 2 gBa chances vs. RH's.

I've used him primarily in RFK and the last one listed at ATT (season not yet complete). I play him in left and usually bat him in the 6 or 7 spot (sometimes 2 against reverse lefties):

592 75 162 35 8 10 82 34 92 11 6 1 .274 .312 .411

612 76 160 28 8 9 78 32 91 21 6 0 .261 .296 .378

580 63 149 35 6 5 53 39 92 19 7 0 .257 .301 .364

539 54 142 29 3 8 62 22 64 18 6 2 .264 .292 .373

429 49 110 12 9 9 45 20 63 7 3 1 .256 .290 .389

I used him a couple times in RFK in left and center. Same sort of numbers as mjf. I wouldn't lead him off versus right, he has decent small ball power versus righties, but his obp isn't stellar.
