Found him in a league with me a few months back... sent him a message saying basically what our concerns have been in the past but that we're also a close knit community, here to help each other out too. Here was his response - I don't think he would mind my sharing this in public at all as it clearly states where HE is coming from:

I found him to be very reasonable and cordial to chat with and he genuinely seemed to be doing what he felt was best. I wouldn't hesitate to be in a league with him again, same division or not.
