Bobs Franchise League 5 - CENTRAL DIV LOADING- CF17 to FIL

I think that the Braves/Brewers could be replaced by the Reds with Frank Robinson which would be a more competitive team. Just a thought.

The Braves/Brewers combo made it after 10 teams were finalized. They were voted in as the best alternative Franchise being reviewed. The Reds did have 2 of the 4 committee members supporting them, however, it was decided that the Braves/Brewers with key additions were clearly best of the rest.

I'd suggest waiting for the roster for the Braves to be posted. This is because you might not know some of the players who qualified. Off hand I know G. Sisler, E. Lombardi, V. Willis and Cy Young are expected to be added but this needs to be confirmed.

The Reds who failed to gain support from the other 2 members also had the issue that Morgan, Rose, Post could play for the Phillies and when you keep Pete Alexander on Philly, add these 3 players the Phillies acquired the support to be put in over the Reds.

Frank Robinson is expected to be placed on the Indians.

Based on what was done, after 3 seasons the league can replace Franchises and this may be a chance for the Reds.

I'm confused on 1 comment posted earlier:

How can we replace teams if we each need to play each franchise once? Some teams are going to be better than others, but since we all get a shot at the good and bad ones, then it's even. I don't understand how this will work if that changes.

I'm guessing here, but if you played the Phillies and then they were replaced by the Reds, the Reds woud assume the spot once held by the Phillies. Same for Whire Sox if they are picked as the 12th dsciple, er franchise.
