[quote:a5dd8e77d8="geekor"]I was thinking of adding 1 point for being the WC, 5 points for being a Div winner and 5 (maybe 10) more for being the champ for each year.

What do you all think?[/quote:a5dd8e77d8]

I like the idea :D

I'm not exactly objective about it, but I think 10 for being Champ makes sense.

WOW, I'm NOT the worst.

Here's looking at 2008:

Taking a peek at the stats for my returning players, here's a brief scouting report awaiting the pending release of 2008.

HALLADAY SP 7* (E)
275 IP 232 H 48 BB 139 K 1.24 WHIP

SHEETS SP 6 (L3)
141 ip 138 H 37 BB 120 K 1.24 WHIP

Functional starters but down in comparison to previous years

POSADA C 2 1b 4 (2L)
.338/.426/.543 20 hr 90rbi

Effective offensive season from the catcher position
High doubles, high clutch

LEE 1b 2 (4L)
.317/.400/.513

Defense drops but the bat remains the same. Steady performance with high average against LHP and Power against Righties

POLANCO 2b 1 (3R)
.341/.388/.458 200h

What can you say about a "1"/low error rating at second. Add a high average and low DP and you have a valuable fixture to the line=up.

VIDRO 2b 4 1b 4 (3L)
.314/.381//.394 6 hr 59rbi

Better than average offense, poor defense. DP are up and clutch is down Power waaay down

CRAWFORD cf 2 (E)
.315/.355/.466 11 hr 80 rbi
Steady defense and offense reminisent of a young Lou Brock. DP are up this year and a litle more pop from both sides of the plate.

GUERRERO rf 4 (2R)
.324/.403/.547 27 hr 125 rbi
Consistant power numbers with high clutch. Most of the homers will be from the right side. High DP rate

GREEN rf 4 1b 4 (9R)
.291/. 352/.430 10 hr 46 rbi
Straight platoon for Green's last season thanks to a .326 average against RHP. Managed only a .195 clip vs Lefties. Very high DP

Ugh...

If/when we continue, it's gonna get ugly for me.

Hafner-DH, OB and some power. Worst card in years.
Ellis- Great D, kills LH's but "could" need a platoon
Renteria- D is bad, but 30+ hits and 45+ OB chances BOTH ways
Chipper Jones- D gets better, kills RH's. One of his better cards.
Feliz- Good D, + clutch, 7 BPHR's vs. RH's, a backup/good luck charm
Bellhorn- 14 AB's BUT 52 OB chances vs. RH's...  -No Card
ManRam- Bad D + less power = bad combo
Beltran- Great D, Max BPHR's both ways, un-Beltran-like
Larry Walker- Out of Baseball

I ain't happy.

I feel like the Buffalo Bills. Only problem is at least THEY made it to the big game.

You mean the goose egg in your Championships for 07 were all semi-final eliminations!!!

Or is it just the TTY leagues...? That's something, but doesn't deserve the shocked-face icon...
