Never lost my closer to injury before.

I just lost B.J. Ryan for 15 games so the next week should prove interesting. Have you ever had a team torpedoed by such an injury or were you able to overcome the handicap?

I've had a closer or 2 go down for 15 games.

I can't recall how it all turned out minus the closer though... :wink:

Funny, because for me if a pitcher gets injured is usually my closer! :shock:

Your bullpen gets more work, but someone will get the saves, the C rating isn't as important as you might think.

So far, so good. In the first series, Sherrill and Dempster teamed up for two one-run saves.

Not the closer but have Gonzalez at SS and lost him Thursday night in both leagues in the second game for 10 games.
