lineup suggestions?

Lots of power, but the obp is a bit lacking for this Fulton crew.

C Hendricks/Price
1B Allen
2B Green
SS Kessinger
3B Perez
LF Howard
CF Mays
RF Aaron

I was actually thinking of trying Mays at leadoff. Maybe Kessinger batting second vs. righties? He has few gbas and is a good bunter.

I don't know though .. that's why I'm asking for some sage advice.

Wow. Nice draft.

I know many people in lieu of speed will just start a lineup of highest OBP to lowest. This would make you the first manager in history to lead-off Frank Howard.

I'd lead off with Mays, too, and probably hit Green 2nd. With all that power in the middle of your lineup, I wouldn't be in a big hurry to give up the out by bunting. You may even consider just moving your boppers instead of the 3-6 spots in the lineup to 2-5.

I LOVE the Aaron, Howard, Perez, Allen heart of the order. Maybe a little too heavy v. Leftys, but you should mash.

I'm by no means a brilliant stategist and I'm still looking for '69 ring #1 myself, so take it for what its worth.

Good luck.
