Playoff tie breakers

What filters are used for playoff tie breakers? I just finished the 06 season tied for the wild card and was 6-6 vs. the other wild card team, but they went forward and I didn't.

The next tie breaker is run differential. Not who scored the most runs but who had more runs scored than runs allowed.
