Your lineup is pretty awesome. Lots of power and slugging.

A concern would be you have guys with lots of BPHR's in a pitching park.
Chances are they will not hit up to their cards.

Another concern would be if/when Baldelli goes down. Are you prepared to have Murphy play full time? Or will Tyner, a 3, go into CF?

What are the other parks in your division?

This team is absolutely ripped. I wouldn't change much, if anything. The loss of Baldelli IMO doesnt change much of anything because he's precisely the type of player hurt most by this park, low obp high dias. A tyner/Murphy or Tyner/Cruz platoon in center will suffice; Tyner's 3 in center is a small price to pay that will be made up by Pujols and Thome scorching pitchers all season long. The only suggestion I have is swapping Cook out (if you can) for a starter with lower obp and more dias, ie more suited to your park, and ditching Baldelli for one more bat vs left handed pitching. Your lineup isnt nearly as formidable vs lefties, so check to see how many lefty starters you'll oppose in your division. But in all honesty, I think this team is absolutely stacked.

Your hitting is good, but your pitching? With the possible exception of Haren, your staff is filled with guys who gives up lots of hits, with few BPHR, it would be good staff for US Cel, not RFK. You need the Maine, Schilling, types of starter and the Chad Cordero, Capps, Oliver type of reliever. I also think having two power hitters is more than enough in RFK, I'd dump Mccann for a singles/doubles catcher and use the money to help your pitching, or get someone with big power against lefties.

My guess is that this team will not finish over .500

Power hitters won't meet their expectations....too many injury prone players(5) subject to 15 game injuries without depth to cover them...D is spotty to just decent....SP's are ugh...I don't like any of them for the $

just one guys opinion, but I always look for when playing in a pitchers park 1) SPs who suit the park. 2) a strong bullpen 3) good D. I have a team that is about 1/4 into the season playing in RFK. My hitting aint much, but my pitching and D is winning me a lot of games.

So, as Lit. said, I think your pitching isn't suited for RFK. Strret is also not a great closer for RFK. He's better in a bombers park. I'm guessing that with what you have right now, you will have a better road record than home record.

I am just finishing a bomber team with little pitching and bad defense. Ortiz, ManRam, Hunter, Teahen and Guerrero. I need to win 2 of the last 12 to not lose 100 games. I dropped Hunter and Guerrero after about 60 games. I wasn't hitting or scoring runs. I played at Chase. It was a disaster of mega proportions. As someone said above, 15 games injuried is bad and it happens more then once. I had no speed on the bases and no stealing and it made for a bad season. McCann is the player I see most injured in all my leagues. I learned alot with this team, all bad. Now for the good news. The rolls went against me all season and HAL hated my superior hitters and I am sticking to that story. Let the rolls go your way!!! :)
