We'll hold off and use Thursday's lottery numbers. That will give him a little while to respond. I want to get this started too, but the league will be better with more players. It's worth the wait, imo.

We'll start the draft, tentatively, on Friday, with no clock. We'll start the draft clock on Monday.

We'll do 2 divisions of 5 now. 24 games in the division, 12 out. Total games would be 156. This might change, I think I can get the schedule to work, but not entirely sure.

The two division winners will make the playoffs, as will the two non-division winners with the best record. Division winner with the best record will host the wildcard team with the worst record, other division winner will host the other wildcard team. Regardless of record.

Toi I don't want to confuse issues but you can make 1 division DH and 1 not. It's possible, the home team's rule applies. I know some people are diehard DH, if I could pick I'd prefer not.

I wouldn't mind splitting DH between divisions (5 /w DH, 5 w/o, home teams , but I don't want to impose it on someone who doesn't like DH. If five players want the DH, and the other five don't mind, we'll do it. Post your preferences here (whether you want split-DH and whether you want to be in DH division):

Colorado doesn't have a pick 3. Got another state lucky? (TX has one, don't know about others. We'll either have to go with Friday's number. Or, since it was my mistake, I'll pick last and lucky can have IL numbers.

I'd be up for being in a DH division. And if we have more folks joining, we may want to revisit the # of HOFers.
