Would you rip up this team?

Would you rip up this team?

I've already made my decision, but would you tear apart this 18-30 Shea69 squad based on the following performances?

http://fantasygames.sportingnews.com/baseball/stratomatic/atg2/team/team_other.html?user_id=97326

Please take special note of the performances by Buford and May.
May, M. L C 2(+1)e2 125 8 2 4 13 7 0 3 .208 .336 .246 E 2.59M
Buford, D. S LF 3(0)e4 183 30 6 3 10 27 2 2 .164 .246 .277 1L 3.41M

I've already traded away the following skanks:
Cvengros 11 1 4 0 34.1 46 25 21 16 6.55 1.95
Weaver 48 179 12 47 5 2 1 9 4 10 3 1 .263 .330 .280
Doerr 48 184 24 44 7 1 9 21 11 26 0 0 .239 .435 .279 (8 errors in 48 G)

I haven't gone off on a "Woe is Me" tangent for awhile, so I thought it was time for a little vent.

Yes, I would make some moves. You've obviously given your original squad plenty of opportunities to wake up. I currently have a team that zipped out to a 31-44 mark. Made a few moves since I had nothing to lose and the team now stands 79-74. Not a playoff caliber team but it proved to me one can turn things around. Good luck with yours.

Sometimes you gotta just pull the plug and play the tough GM. Not only does it give you a nice feeling of (false) empowerment, but it can also remind you of the power of patience. Either way, it's a win-win.

Speaking of which, looks like you went 2-3 with the new look Danger Seekers last night!

Based on the AB totals, I see that the carnage has already taken place. Generally I tinker around the edges, but spend the rest of the season writing increasiongly shrill and psychotic posts in which I blame my lack of success on the animosity I feel is held against me, specifically, by the Lord God, and HAL, in no particular order. Then I find someone like Nevdully, or AceVentura, or Frank Bailey, or OdysseyTigger or any of the numerous GM's that regularly clean my clock, and devote a certain amount of time blaming them for my woes, occasionally accusing them of Satanic influences, or of being a computerized conspiracy of the TSN people, and attributing their success over me to the fact that the game computer is therefore working against me, against all odds and reason. I am not saying this is mature, healthy, or particularly productive, but this IS what I do. In case you would like to try it.
