My 2003 strat-o-team is 24-21 i'm hitting lots of homeruns but only 2 starting pitchers santana & webb are worth a darn.
Would you guys cut Pujol and take the 20% loss of 14.46 mill
pick up a 3 mill rightfielder and give Teixara firstbase and invest
7 million in pitching

I would say drop Gibbons, Castro, and 2 of your relievers. That would leave you with a 10/14 ratio and give you some cash. Then you could drop whichever SPs you want and use their salary to get some pitchers with the least BPHRs as possible.
