New Draft League Forming LIVE DRAFT FULL. LOTTERY TONIGHT

A new 1969 live draft theme league is forming!

1. The draft will take place at www.somdraft.com. It will be a serpentine draft.
2. The draft will consist of 16 rounds.
3. Managers will draft 16 players.
a. All teams will play in Municipal Stadium (10, 10, 3, 3).
b. All managers will select Municipal Stadium upon joining a TSN private league.

6. After managers draft 16 players, managers will join a private TSN league.
7. Managers occupying draft position 1, 4, 7, and 10 will constitute the East division and will join the league first.
8. Managers occupying draft positions 2, 5, 8, and 11 will constitute the Central division and will join the league second.
9. Managers occupying draft positions 3, 6, 9, and 12 will constitute the West division and will join the league last.
10. After all teams have joined the league, a waivers period will begin.
11. The draft limit will be $80,000,000 (80M).
12. Teams may carry 24 or 25 players. Roster size may be reduced to 24 after joining a TSN private league.
13. There will be no DH.
14. The draft order will be determined by the three digit lottery numbers of states selected by managers upon expressing interest through the 1969 forum (list below). The lottery numbers from the first Monday, Wednesday. or Friday after 12 managers have signed up in the 1969 forum will be used.
15. The league name will be "69 Same Park Draft"
16. No time limit will be enforced, although we ask managers to select expeditiously and to use proxies whenever possible.

3. Managers will draft 25 players.
a. All teams will play in Municipal Stadium (10, 10, 3, 3).
b. All managers will select Municipal Stadium upon joining a TSN private league.
4. Managers must draft 10 pitchers, of which at least 5 must be able to start.
5. Managers must draft 15 position players.
6. After managers draft 25 players, managers will join a private TSN league.
7. Managers occupying draft position 1, 4, 7, and 10 will constitute the East division and will join the league first.
8. Managers occupying draft positions 2, 5, 8, and 11 will constitute the Central division and will join the league second.
9. Managers occupying draft positions 3, 6, 9, and 12 will constitute the West division and will join the league last.
10. After all teams have joined the league, a "frenzy" waivers period will begin. Managers will be allowed to drop and pick up players on a first-come, first-served basis.
11. The draft limit will be $80,000,000 (80M).
12. Teams may carry 24 or 25 players. Roster size may be reduced to 24 after joining a TSN private league.
13. There will be no DH.
