Setting up somdraft

Postby JOHNEIGENAUER » Mon Feb 18, 2008 7:01 pm

Since we are getting close to filling, would anyone like to volunteer to set up the draft at www.somdraft.com once we get the final four managers?

Thanks!

States

Harold

Would you choose one of the 48 continental US states for the sake of a lottery pick?

Thanks

To fill this up, I'll offer to enter two teams with a restriction that I could not make any transactions between the two teams (trade, drop-add, etc) and that they would be in separate divisions.

What do you think?

You guys are close. Maybe you should advertise in some of the other leagues you're in, that might do it. The league idea is interesting.

For my part, I can't do a 25 man draft. I love live drafts -- too much! I get very distracted from my 'real life' so a 25 player draft would render me useless for two weeks. I'm not advocating you change or anything, just letting you know what the inhibiting factor is for one man.

TOSHIRO!

Toshiro, we need you, man! This is two weeks of heaven!

It's going to be a great league with the level playing field -- everyone playing in the same stadium!

Just a suggestion

Postby ROBERTLATORRE » Sat Feb 23, 2008 12:51 pm

Not trying to change the format. I've done a handful of live drafts, after round 15 it gets tedious sometimes, just a lot of waiting for <1.00s to be picked.

I'm good with 15 or 25, but if we can fill this up by changing it to 15, I'm all for it.

Draft

Postby JOHNEIGENAUER » Sat Feb 23, 2008 3:07 pm

Guys

I originally created this league with a full 25 team draft, However, it seems that it might be good to change it to 16. I am fine with that if it helps the league fill and helps people with the amount of time needed tgo draft. Please post and let me know if you would be willing to change the format to 16 rounds (from 25). If so, we might be able to add a few managers and get this started!

Thanks
