New Pre-card league

Had a lot of fun in one of these this past year - here's what I'm thinking:

"No hurry" draft, 4 hour time limit for picks, deadline end of February (I'll have to do the math on that)

Draft a full team. We will play a season when the new cards come out, wait until the all star break, and allowing 10 keepers, redraft and play a new season. Then, in January next year we will allow 5 keepers from your "second" team and hold a new precard draft for next year.

We can hash out rules, such as placeholders for guys without 2006 cards who may have a 2007 card, etc. Salary cap will be 80 Mil, with DH.
