I have a rule change proposal that I'd like to get everyone's position on.

Current rule: Prospect draft eligibility

Here's the timetable for the new season:

First off, I would like to have everyone's [b:60b229689d]final drops posted no later than 11:59 pm, Sunday March 9th[/b:60b229689d]. Remember that each owner must drop enough players so that their pre-draft roster is 30 or less. No owner may drop more than 15 players.

Our free agent draft is tentatively scheduled to begin Monday morning, March 10th.

There will be no clock for Round 1 of the free agent draft. Beginning in Round 2, the 3 hour clock will be turned on.
