Gee you guys make me feel warm and fuzzy all over......yeah right.

I have been extremely busy with work for past 6 months or so, so much so that I have had little time for much fun, but it seems that most of that rat race is about over.

Working with my Dad and Brother with a couple of sales of property here and working on selling the remainder of our shopping Center in next few months "hopefully".

We are looking for a new piece of property to build a small strip mall on where we will move our office and my Dad will officially retire. My brother and I will lease it out and I am hoping to open my own Bar and Grill on the corner of the property......of course this is all still in the planning stages, but it is looking promising.

Can you imagine it, Bodie's Bar and Grill......and if for some reason it doesn't make it, I can still fall back on the Property Management side of the property. So things are looking up.

Just got back from Maui on Monday after spending 10 days over there playing golf and seeing the sights as well. Much needed rest and relaxation after the past half year.

Hope all is well with all of you.....let the a** kicking begin.....that being my a** that is being kicked too.

By the way, Golf in Hawaii is awesome......unless you are me and learned a whole bunch of humility trying to play the likes of Kapalua.....4 putting was the name of the game. :oops: :shock: :evil: I shot a 114.....brutal.
And I didn't fare much better on the other 3 courses we played either. :roll: :roll: :roll:

I definitely need that book, I drafted my first team blind and haven't even seen what I have yet.....it could be real ugly.
