The Auto Draft will not cause any problems unless someone drafts a player from one of the designated team or drafted players.

You could also use the waiver wire then everyone has an equal opportunity.

Just clarify one other thing for me. Once the draft is done, are all the player not used from the designated teams available (Boston, Yankees, Clev, etc.)

JohnMROss, in the first post on this thread I used to start the league, you will see the following sentences:

"You have exclusive rights to the players from your team pairing throughout the entire season. However; Trades are encouraged.. these pairings create lots of trade opportunities... "

So you may not draft a player from a team pairing other than the one you signed up for... You can select free agents from the 6 teams that are not assigned to anyone else providing you do not exceed 4 total players from these teams..

This exclusive rights provision helps reward good trades.. Hope this clarification helps..

if you and i both put in for player x from team y, as one of our additional free agents, auto draft will automatically substitute that player with someone that could be already spoken for.
