No it wont. It will only substitute players that where NOT on someones draft list.

So if I'm the only one that drafts player "X", I get him no matter if he is my first or last pick.

WE all have exclusive rights to both teams I may not have someone on my autodraft list but plan to add them after the autodraft when the roster size increases which means you may get that person.

I agree. It is not a big deal. I brought it up originally because I played in a league like this before and ended up with 2 players from other teams and when I logged in the morning after the draft there were 6 messages from 1 guy saying that I was stealing his players and cheating. I just wanted to make people aware that it could happen.
