Sorry qk- bad day to leave me a proxy.

And thanks for taking Soto. I was severely torn on which catcher to take, and you made it easier- although both of us could look foolish in 3 years, because we both passed on a certain big name prospect (hopefully vague enough there, but I think anyone looking in that direction will know who I'm talking about anyway).

Oh and you're vague enough for me bubba, there's still several name prospects avaialable, not sure which one you're refering to.

Dammit, now I am like Niners. I told Mike last night when we made our deal that I was SURE one of the guys I wanted when I had the mid picks this round would now be picked after I gave Mike the 8th pick.

Sure enough, KD takes Headley, who was the other guy I wanted this round. I may have gotten what I wanted in Rnds 1-2, but Rnd 3 has been a disaster for me with Barton & Headley going right after my picks.

Aargh. Time to hit the trade works...

Headley was my pick for this round too, after ths 2 catchers went that is.

Ah NO, bernie is aware of it and is looking into the problem, they've been wonky since about 5:00pm EDT. My pick is in, hope this one stung a littel to qk. :wink:

And why wouldn't I be totally be happy to get one of the 5 SPs I mentioned earlier in the thread that I thought would go this round, and for my money, the best of them? :D
