Yeah I'm pretty pleased KD, I have to admit. I knew I'd get the 1st 3, but aside from losing Barton & Headley, it's been a good draft for me so far.
I'm mad at myself though - I really did want to get way from all the LH hitters & get some SW guys, that's why I was PO'd not to pull the trigger on those guys. Nabbing Delcarmen when I did cost me... :?

I'm shocked that Saltalamacchia lasted so long, so I had to pull the trigger on that. SOMworld's survey of Strat rookie drafts had him averaged as a Top 20 pick.

I guess they didn't know that the Rangers have already name Laird the starter and have talked about Salty playing a full year in AAA to work on his defense. It appears they like the "gun" over the "bat".
