Anyone willing to launch a real teams league?

Our historical single season sets

It's a free league so I'll play with whatever rules you want, but to make it fair to fill up the team don't you think that instead of limiting the number of free agents you should limit the $$$ value of them, like limit the 0 FA teams to guy that made under $2 million, the 1 FA teams to guys under $4 million, the 2 FA teams to guys under $7 million and the 3 FA teams are unlimited? That way the top teams can at least fill out their roster in case of injuries.

I hate to be wishy-washy and all but I have seen Mattingly kill me in too many series already. I gotta swap to the Yankee's.
