Any player who has 3y with a team is the property of that team during autodraft phase. If the player is not picked up by the owning team, that player can be taken during the free agent phase by the other team(s) the player played for.

In cases where a player has 2y with two different teams (and one with a third), the team that appears FIRST among the 2y's gets that player, regardless if the years are consecutive. This seems a fair way to handle player ownership during draft, since it is rather arbitrary and gives no one a decided edge. The team with 1y on a card like that can NEVER claim ownership during draft phase. In the extremely rare case of a aplyer having 5 years with 5 different teams (a 1-1-1-1-1, basically), the first team appearing would then own him.
