As much as I hate to do this, and I really do, as second alt. I will step down if Smitty wants his spot. I can't see him losing out over a 2 hour cut off. I hate it but it's the right thing to do.

I don't mean any offense, but this idea went out a while ago and became stagnant. Then, we only have two days to respond, without a PM. I was away for a few days after Easter, and boom, it gets legs, while I'm just lucky to check into my teams, let alone check the boards. I've been trying to get into one of these for two years now. I guess it's my fault for not being able to check the boards for a few days. I hope you guys are willing to jump into my grave as fast as you were this spot. :wink:

It's obviously an interesting and desireable league....as I said I would love to play it but the spot is rightfully yours.

Splinter, you are a prince, and I appreciate that. You could have stayed in and it would certainly be legitimate as I would not have had much of a leg to stand on. But, you are a standup guy. What do you think about partnering? I don't know how we'd make it work, but I'd be willing if you would. PM me if you want to discuss this possibility.

I'll be honest, I didn't PM people because this type of league requires people who check the boards frequently. You need to show a deisre and availability to live draft 480 players and then keep up with all the trades etc.
I'm not saying this to be a hard @$$, but that last thing I want is for someone to dissappear in the middle of the draft or abandon their team in between seasons or during an off season. PLEASE be sure you can make that type of commitment.
