I think simulations start around midnight (ET), your league might run anywhere from around that time to 2-3 hours later...in my short experience

In the Midwest I've had some results come back as early as 11:45pm CST. Usually by 3am CST all of my results are in. But they come in at different times on different days and I have really noticed no particular pattern except to say that if it's a series I really, really care about, it will often be the last one to be posted (in the wee hours of the morning).

Your best bet is to go to sleep and check your scores in the morning!

As an aside, if you click on a team at night, you'll notice that the old box scores from the previous series disappear one at a time once the new series starts to play out. I'd say it takes about five minutes per game to process, so if you click your team and notice that the first old boxscore has disappeared, you can expect about 10-15 minutes before the new series is posted. This way, if you check your team and all three box scores from the previous session are still up, you do not need to check back for a minimum of 15 minutes.

Hope that helps some. :)
